Don't forget knobs
N8 Synth Eurorack Control Decks are designed to accommodate knobs of up to 12mm in diameter. When using a D shaft pot, our 11.5mm rubber knobs are a great choice.
Mounting RD901F-40 style potentiometers
N8 Eurorack Control Decks provide a grid of JPS cells. Each cell can host a 3.5mm jack socket, 9mm potentiometer, SPDT switch or LED.
If not perfectly aligned, the two supporting tabs at the front and rear of an RD901F-40 style pot could short circuit pins 1 & 2 through contact with the pads used to mount 3.5mm jacks.
It is recommended that these tabs be bent up under the pot’s body, providing clearance to the unused pads below.Â
